How
the Photo Booth Works at Your Event
Our professionally and
custom designed and built photo booth boasts all the technological
advances of the digital age. Our photo booths break down and are
completely portable and then assembled at the site. Because they
bread down we are able to set up almost anywhere you choose to
have the party! We’ve even taken our booths up the mountain
in a gondola! We use high quality, Sony sub-dye printers, not
cheap inkjet printers, and paper…the best quality in the
industry. Combined with our hi-resolution 15 mega-pixel digital
cameras, you know your photos will look great so both your photos
and those memories will last for many years to come.
Operation of the
Photo Booth at Your Event
A professional attendant from the company will be on hand at your
event. The guests will enter the photo booth. Once inside, they
can choose from a variety of kooky and silly props that are included
in all rental packages except the economy package…but may
be added to that package as an option. The curtain is then closed,
the start button is pressed and the fun and laughter begins! The
monitor will count down, the guests strike a pose and the photo
is taken. The picture is then displayed on the monitor screen
in the booth and a few seconds later the countdown begins for
the next picture. A total of 4 pictures are taken and displayed
on the monitor screen. Your guests exit the booth and the completely
dry and laminated prints are printed out in less than 25 seconds.
The next set of guests then enter the booth and the fun and laughter
begin again!
No matter the event, you and your guests
are provided with an unlimited number of sessions during the service
hours. Each session takes about a minute and a half or so. A typical
3-hour photobooth rental could have as many as 150 sessions, dependant
on the layout and the flow of traffic at the venue site. If you
are having an event of more than 500 people, please give us a
call to discuss how many hours or if more than 1 booth might be
needed to give all your guests a chance to get their photo. Every
event is very important to us and we don’t want your guests
waiting for too long or not getting an opportunity to get their
picture taken and take part in the fun.
After
Concluding Your Event
Once the event has ended,
we will host all of the photos on an online gallery for at least
1 year. You and your guests will have access then to view, copy
or download any or all of the photos from your event. (We DO NOT
copyright any of the photos and there are NO watermarks.) Each
event gets their own website so only you and your guests will
have access to them. We will also send you a high-resolution DVD
with all the photos taken so making multiple copies is inexpensive
and easy to do!.And, if there are any photos you your guest want
taken down simply let us know and we will remove them.
Quality is of utmost importance to us at
Colorado Photo Booth. There are many companies out there that
offer cheap, make-shift “photo booths” and use sub-par
cameras and printers that take and print substandard photos. Colorado
Photo Booth is not one of those companies! Our photo booths are
large, stylish, and elegant, look great at any event, and with
a removable bench, can accommodate up to 8 adults, depending on
body size, or even a wheelchair!

Options for your
event
With each rental there are several options the client gets to
choose from. And, we always work with our clients to provide what
we are able to make your event a very memorable occasion.
Clients get to choose from
a couple of photo styles. Most choose the 4x6 grid but if you’re
wanting something a little more old-fashioned then the strip style
photo might be for you. Included in the price is a customized
banner that can be added to either style photo. We can design
something for you, complete with your own logo or logos, or you
can send us something that you designed yourself. For corporate
style events, the company logo is a great way to promote your
brand at conventions, trade shows or grand openings!
Clients also get to choose
if they would like their photos printed in color, or something
more old-style like black & white or even sepia. And they
get to choose from several backdrop colors inside the booth.
Another very popular option
is a scrapbook or guest book Clients have the option of double
or triple prints if it is not offered in the package. This lets
the guest keep a copy as a momento and also a photo to cut up
and put into the scrapbook along with any personalized note they
wish. When you get the scrapbook along with the package or as
an option, we also provide the scrapbooking materials (pens, markers,
glue sticks, scissors, etc) for the guests to use. And you end
up with a scrapbook that will keep those fond memories around
forever!
We also offer additional,
hi-resolution DVD”s with all the photos for a nominal cost.
